Summer Camp was awesome – but who wants to wait until next summer to have another life changing experience? NOT ME!
Join us during this life changing weekend as we celebrate the joy of our salvation and learn more about who we are in Christ.
Our weekend includes powerful worship, teaching from the Word, games, and fantastic food!
Required Forms
After you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing a link to fill out and submit a release of liability form and a medical information form. This information is required in order to attend Youth Winter Retreat with us.

- 7:00 pm Worship and the Word
- 9:00 pm Snack and Fellowship
- 11:00 Lights Out
Saturday, March 1st
- 9:00 am Breakfast
- 10:30 am Worship and the Word
- 12:30 pm Lunch
- 1:30 pm – 4:00 pm Games
- 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm Free Time
- 6:30 pm Dinner
- 7:30 pm Worship and the Word
- 10:00 Lights Out
Sunday, March 2nd
- 9:30 Breakfast

Retreat Packing List
Clothing
- One set of comfortable clothes per retreat day – you will be on a ranch, so keep that in mind as you choose what you want to bring
- Modest Swimsuit (Seasonal)
- Warm Jacket (Seasonal)
- Closed-toe shoes for adventuring & sports activities
- Cap or hat for sunny days
Toiletries
- Carry bag or tote for toiletries
- Personal toiletry items
- Towels
- Flip-flops for shower
Bunk Stuff
- Pillow
- Blanket
- A set of twin sheets or sleeping bag
Other Important Items
- Sturdy water bottle (Available for purchase in the Camp General Store)
- Sunscreen (Seasonal)
- Flashlight and extra batteries
- Bible
- Journal and pen (Available for purchase in the Camp General Store)
A confirmation email and a .pdf copy of your retreat registration will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
The email confirmation will also contain a link to fill out and submit the Youth Winter Retreat Release of Liability Form.
